Took over my original doctor's (Howitt) practice (over 10 yrs ago) and he has never been available to meet with me. I've always had to deal with the revolving team of Nurse practioners and this office creates more headaches than it's worth! I called to confirm my appt earlier this year and the next day, arrived to almost be sent away by the office girl because she "didn't believe there were appointments" (yet, she had been the one to confirm the day before!). So far in the last year, they have forgotten to send necessary forms needed for lab work, sent my req forms to the wrong place, have given me the wrong health information several times and refused to tell me some important personal medical information when I asked.. Information I found out they had, but either did not know what to look for and read (ie therefore incompetent) or they just didn't...
He is not punctual and you hardly see him. Lonah is a great Rpn Tracey on the other hand is racist. Anytime you make a movement she pulls away from you like you are a disease.
