If they mess something up, they won't fix it just try to charge you more money and try to bully you into not complaining. They have a "buyer beware" attitude towards their services which is beyond inappropriate for healthcare. If you try to politely resolve an issue, they will just try to shift blame or be aggressive at you until you leave. I can't recommend strongly enough to not go to this awful place.
