Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewThe closest one sentence explanation I can come up for Vehcom manufacturing and Linamar in general is if they made one of those hell houses but instead of premarital sex, they wanted to scare you out of entering the workforce straight out of high school. When I was hired as a general labourer, I was put under the impression they were going to train me for machine operations and my gig would be a steplatter to bigger and better things. Then I came in to work the first time. I've been told Linamar likes to ethnically segregate its factory populations, so I guess I must have ended up with a bunch of depressed Hungarian transplants and a few kids who got into drugs early, left school, then needed a job that pays above minimum when they got their girlfriend pregnant. Literally Everyone in that building was trapped due to their life circumstances, and I feel so, so bad for them.
